About Us
Peter Rosen, ARNP FNP-C is a Family Nurse Practitioner with 20 years of patient care experience. He holds a Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Tennesse at Chattanooga where he graduated with honors in 2014. He's spent the past ten years working in multi-provider and stand-alone primary care clinics.
Peter is dedicated to partnering with you to meet your specific health goals and knows that is best achieved through establishing a personal relationship where he can truly listen to and understand your needs and goals. Peter maintains a holistic approach to care including integration of hormone optimization and weight loss management.
Peter's wife Jen helps manage Connected Care NP. Jen has her master's degree in nursing and has worked in hospital, home health, care management, and digital health settings for over 18 years.
Together they offer an expert personalized health care experience. A health care experience where you get the attention and concern you deserve.
